If applicable we also give you the opportunity to practice your interview, presentation and assessment centre with people who know what it takes to succeed.

How You Will be Supported
Duration: 9 months
Fortnightly group sessions (2 hours)
A small cohort of 6-8 women, all making their run at partner, MD, or VP. Teaching, discussion, and hot-seat coaching. You'll learn from your own journey and from theirs.
Monthly 1:1 coaching (60 minutes)
Private sessions with me, focused entirely on your situation. The conversations you can't have in a group.
Voxer access between sessions
Voice and text support when something comes up that can't wait. A question, a wobble, a "this just happened" and a response when you need it.
Partnership toolkit
Templates, scripts, and frameworks - practical tools for business cases, sponsor conversations, and more.
Intensive support during assessment
When the moment comes, you won't be alone. Additional support through the formal process, however your firm runs it.
